Morgan joins Bogaards Davis as an associate attorney practicing in the areas of personal injury, real estate and insurance law.  She represents both plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of civil litigation and is experienced in discovery, law and motion and negotiations.  Morgan prides herself on her extensive research skills and her thorough and detailed handling of her cases.

Prior to joining Bogaards Davis, Morgan’s practice focused primarily on personal injury, administrative and employment law, as well as real estate transactions.   She has experience in a broad range of matters including cases arising from disputes between landlords and tenants, employment discrimination claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act and workers’ compensation claims.  As part of her practice, she has appeared in various Bay Area and Sacramento courts, as well as in proceedings before the Office of Administrative Hearings.  

During law school, Morgan worked as an extern with the California Office of the Attorney General, representing state agencies in employment and administrative disputes.  She was also a State Bar Certified Law Clerk for the Solano County Public Defender in the felony division representing defendants in the City of Vallejo. Morgan served as staff writer for the McGeorge Global Business and Development Law Journal and was a board member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.  She was also a member of the Traynor Honors Society, was on the Dean’s List all six semesters of law school, and received a Witkin Award for the highest grade in Expert and Scientific Evidence.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband, their vivacious two-year old daughter and their bichon poodle, Ollie.  She is creative at heart and loves to bake, craft and sew.  She also enjoys attending Cal Football Games and volunteering with the Cal Alumni Association – Go Bears!
